| This is a newer technology that is available called Hydroseeding. It is a functional way to install a lawn with out the mess of having straw. The formula used is a mix of fertilizers and grass seed to provide a thick healthy lawn. To maintain the hydroseeded lawn, make sure it stays wet. Constant watering will enrich the formula to provide a high quality lawn. |

| After the seeing is done, having weeds in your yard is a natural process (because if you didn't put in grass seed, weed seeds would still be there). For the first year, the weeds will be there. Mow the yard as you normally would, and KEEP IT WATERED!!!!! After it has been in for a year, add some Weed out plus fertilizer. This will get rid of last years weeds and prevent them from coming up for the next year. |
